As a Cottage owner it’s always been a challenge to find good contractors or trades up north. I called three plumbers in the Coboconk area when our septic pump gave up. Only one responded and they did quickly, professionally and even came when they usually don’t work the day I needed them.

Excellent company to deal with. We had risers put on our septic tank by Cardinal and they are a great company to work with. Pricing was competitive and they were able schedule the work quickly and work with me remotely, sending pics of the finished work. Will definitely be using them for future plumbing, electrical and septic work and maintenance.

I would definitely recommend Cardinal to anyone, their service was amazing and staff is a breath of fresh air to deal with from the moment of my first phone call to the plumber coming out and the job being done. Lee was amazing in taking the time to explain everything and let us know what was necessary to fix our problem. Showing us what the issue was and how to do things going forward. I had a very good experience with Cardinal. They were all so friendly, professional, and very responsive. I had an electrician at my home within 15 minutes of calling.
The electrician, Andrew, was very professional, and his service was top-notch. He went above and beyond by testing other things and making recommendations.

We utilized Cardinal for both some electrical work with Alex and more than one plumbing job with Thomas. The guys were great! Punctual, very informative in explaining the processes; even asked about budget and willing to work within it. Haven’t seen the plumber yet, but the electricians who came in were very nice. Alex seemed to know what he was doing and made sure to let us know what they needed to do and kept us in the loop the whole time they were here. We have a very limited space to get our washer and dryer set up and they took the time to find what the best solution is for our situation. Once they took a look and told us how much the work would be, we gave them the ok and already have them booked to come back tomorrow. Very fast and very efficient, we are very pleased with them 🙂 I would recommend them to anyone who needs these services
