I can’t say enough wonderful things about the team at Cardinal Plumbing. David and Nick were knowledgeable and friendly, explaining every step in my plumbing repair before completing the work and giving me pricing upfront. Very professional! Excellent service from the office staff to the technicians. Highly recommend and will definitely call them again.
I had to replace the main pipe coming into my new house to meet the insurance company standard.
So I reached to Cardinal and I told them that this is urgent. They were so punctual and fast in their communication, and their professionals are so polite and friendly.
They sent their expert the next day to inspect and give an estimate, they sent an urgent request for survey, and they scheduled the first day of the next week to do the job.
The job was completed in just a few hours, the work was done very professionally, besides, no damage or mess inside at all.
I am so happy with their service and glad that I called them.
We were very satisfied and impressed right from the call for help and the prompt reply from the Cardinal office. The service man Nick, called before he came, was very friendly, he explained everything he needed to do and the cost of everything. The work was done quietly and Nick made sure the site was cleared of debris and disinfected before he departed. We did take advantage of the opportunity to have a 10% discount on future work. We will definitely call Cardinal when necessary in the future. Thank you for a job well done.
Outstanding quality of work and quality staff! Right from the start, the communication was above and beyond. Their response time was incredible. I received a bio of who was going to come to my house with a picture of that person. Matt took a lot of time with me to determine what my house needed. He explained everything extremely well. There was no pressure, just recommendations. He provided me with separate quote for each job. Without question he helped me with a clogged drain that happened on the day that he was coming out to give me a quote. I proceeded with the one job that was a priority for me. Not once did they complain about climbing under the house in our crawlspace. They coordinated with City of Kawartha Lakes to repair a small leak and completed all of the other items that I had asked them to do very quickly and with incredible knowledge. This was one of the best experiences that I have had with service staff coming to my home and with the supportive staff in their office – both were amazing! I would HIGHLY recommend Cardinal Plumbing Electric & Septic.!!
I was very satisfied with not only the process of booking but also the gentleman that came to fix my problem. The main office sends you a message when they are in route so you’re not wasting your day waiting. When David arrived he was clean, presentable and very professional. He explained all the different options and the cost associated w each. I never felt pressured to over spend and he took the time to explain why and what the problem was. I left happy w the end result and would recommend this company if you want it done properly
If anyone is looking for a GREAT plumbing company, look no further than Cardinal Plumbing Electric & Septic!! Sorry I can’t remember the young man that came to our home, but he was polite and got right to work!! He also asked us if we had any other plumbing concerns…he was a great employee!! Cardinal Plumbing needs to hold on to him!! Also, the receptionist, Amber kept us informed as to when we could be expecting our repairman to arrive!! Will definitely keep this company in mind!! Thank you so much for all the hard work Cardinal employees have put into my home the last few years . I can’t say enough good things and always recommend you for plumbing and electrical (services I’ve used) I never worry about a leak or anything you have worked on. I’ve had multiple workers come into my home from Cardinal and everyone has been extremely professional and made me feel comfortable having them here . 100/10 stars even the cx service girls setting up the appointments and making sure everything is smooth is key in stressful situations. Never had an issue. thankfully I am running out of things to repair lol but Thank you Cardinal Angela & Shawn !
We had Cardinal install 2 Panasonic bathroom fans, vented out through the roof.
The 2 techs, Andrew and Jesse, did a fantastic job both with the install but also with the clean up. You would never know those fans were recently installed. They had to run new wiring through the walls connected to 2 new push button timers as well. After one of the installs there was a rattle and Jesse quickly identified it to be a very small piece of plastic on the vent which he removed. The fans are awesome and as described “Whisper Quiet”.
