Awesome service! Called Cardinal in the morning and they had two technicians out within an hour and a half to repair a leaking cracked fitting. Text message updates including a profile of the technician responding along with timely updates. Friendly, fast response, knowledgeable, quality and affordable service. Will be using them again for the next plumbing project! Thanks Cardinal!
The staff at Cardinal returned my “no water” call within 30 minutes. A service person arrived the next morning to assess the problem. He was thorough in his investigation and provided a number of options and the associated costs. Once our decision was made, the crew arrived the next day and worked diligently until the work was completed. The supervisor then returned the following day to ensure that pressure was being maintained and everything was working as planned. The crew was polite, efficient and clean. The coordination between administration and site staff is exceptional. Well done everyone. Thanks for a job well done.
Andrew has done an amazing job installing a chandelier at our house, thank you. This was a challenging job as the ceiling is 17’ high. The entire team was very cordial and professional. Their price was also very reasonable. I definitely recommend cardinal’s services!

An excellent experience in a very stressful time. From my first interaction on the phone with Jessie to the work completed by Matt and Alex my experience was positive. Tom and his team did an amazing job disconnecting and removing a gas fireplace for us. They were quick and efficient and helped me understand exactly what was happening and how to patch our hole afterwards.
He also did a plumbing inspection for us.
Both men were very friendly and made it a wonderful experience.

I recently hired Cardinal Plumbing Electric & Septic to install a pump at my cottage for using lake water in my garden’s sprinkler system, and they also set up a shower beside my boathouse. Cardinal just spent two days at my home installing a submersible well pump and new line to the house plus water softener and hot water tank. Their office and technicians communication to me was clear and punctual. The quote I received was lower than other companies I had investigated. Satisfied with everything. Seemed a bit pricey but then again, I did not get quotes from anyone else so that’s on me. Also, I’m sure a really good plumber isn’t cheap these days to begin with.
Overall very satisfied with the quality of work they did.
I especially liked the fact that they sent me a text message with a picture of who was coming to my house. As a woman home alone, I very much appreciated that added level of detail which made me feel safe when I opened the door. Well done Cardinal!!
