We have used Cardinal, both for electrical and for plumbing problems and we have been delighted each time. They do thorough problem determination and then provide a detailed estimate with options based on time and effort. They show up as promised and completed the work to our satisfaction. The professionals are knowledgeable and very easy understood. I would have no qualms about using them again.

Had a problem with some leaking pipes, phoned Cardinal plumbing and had the best experience ever. There communication is top notch, also very accommodating, they sent Thomas the same day and he was very pleasant and knowledgeable. Fixed our issue with the plumbing at a reasonable price.

Cardinal has such an efficient process from quoting, booking appointments and notifying customer of upcoming appointments. Everyone from the office staff to electrician (Dushaun) so friendly and professional.

This was a last minute call I made on Sunday after experiencing an issue with are sump pump, Cardinal plumbing responded immediately and had the technician here by 9am Monday morning.

Sump pump required repair and the team at Cardinal was fantastic. Communication from the office via phone/text was great and quick. Matt our plumber/technician was very professional and customer focused. Called and provided me various options and was able to do the work that day which was an added bonus. Would not question using them again in the future.
From the beginning it was a good experience. I received a call back within minutes. Could of had an electrician there that day but chose the next.
Alex, the electrician came first thing in the morning, on time. He was fantastic! I only had basic wiring to do in a new home but had some quotes I wanted to check on as well. He was very knowledgeable, explained things very well, clean, and gave great advice for future projects.
Alex gave quotes on the spot and we’re very competitive. I wanted to go with a smaller business to support them but their prices were higher and I would have had to wait a week.
Cardinal also offers plumbing services which I will try in the future.
All and all, great experience with helpful caring staff who did a great job.

Cardinal did a fantastic and efficient job addressing a list of electrical issues we had. Their electrician, Alex, showed up at the start of the window provided, was kind, professional and worked efficiently. Within 90 minutes, we had two jobs complete and reasonable quotes for some bigger projects in the future. Great customer service!
