Tom & Matt did an exceptional job replacing our hot water tank. They were super friendly and professional. They shared knowledge of every aspect which was greatly appreciated. I would not hesitate to have Cardinal come out to help us in the future. Tom even came out to complete the work on his Day off!
We had a pump and laundry sink installed Rory did fantastic work also had a student training with him. They were both very profesional and did great clean job, Very Happy Big Thanks!!! Also to Matt who helped resolve our problems in the first place.
We were very pleased with their prompt service. After having our septic tank emptied that morning, we were informed that the sewage pump was not working. I called Cardinal right away and they had someone there that afternoon to replace it. The technicians were friendly, professional and good at their jobs…(not a nice job to be hanging over the open septic tank). I especially like how Cardinal kept us informed via text and even sent a picture of the technician so we would know him when he showed up. All in all, we are very happy with their service, as well as the person on the phone who explained everything and had great people skills. We will definitely be using Cardinal again for any plumbing or electrical issues (fingers crossed that we won’t need them for a while…lol). I highly recommend this company!!!
We had a water heater that was at the end of it’s service life, and Cardinal had a new one installed with no BS also with haste since we needed the job done as soon as possible, Technicians Rory & Tom, and Holly from the office were all incredible and professional. Communication and payment options are all very convenient and clean. We have had this company help us in the past and will gladly again in the future! Highly Recommended
From start to finish, this was a great experience. I reached out to 4 local plumbers on Monday – Cardinal was able to book me an appointment and resolve the issue I was having within 24 hours, meanwhile I still haven’t even heard back from the other companies. Matt came out yesterday and he was awesome – punctual, professional, friendly, and solved our plumbing issues quickly without any hassle.
However, what really blew me away was their follow-up care. I noticed something needed a minor adjustment today, reached out, and they literally had a technician (shout out Bill!) here within 15 minutes to take care of it. That level of responsiveness is rare. Outstanding team! Highly recommend them!
They were pleasant to deal with. Communicated well about arrival time, etc. Did a neat job moving 240v outlet and installing new 120v outlet in our laundry room. Alex was able to figure out the correct setup for Lutron smart switches on 3-way setup with manual switch that other electricians had tried and given up on. Will use them again!
It was a major plumbing job and very efficiently completed. Much kindness was shown to us. All questions answered. Excellent advice given and each detail explained to us (older seniors). Special mention to Rory who came prepared and provided updated overwhelming work, finishing on time and still with smiles. Excellent advice from other members of the team. What a wonderful company to deal with from start to finish. This company is an example of what customer service should be!! The level of communication is outstanding. They were quick to address any concerns or inquiries, book the required work, showed up when they said they would and even provided an eta of when exactly they would be arriving. What a stress free experience! I really can’t say enough!!
We have used Cardinal, both for electrical and for plumbing problems and we have been delighted each time. They do thorough problem determination and then provide a detailed estimate with options based on time and effort. They show up as promised and completed the work to our satisfaction. The professionals are knowledgeable and very easy understood. I would have no qualms about using them again.
