Both Holly and Amber were very polite over the phone. They both were able to keep me updated by text on what was going on. Matt came to the house and fixed the issue by the next day. Very good service. I would highly recommend.
I have been a Cardinal customer for two years as we go through the process of updating our home. They have done a septic pump, drain pipes, water feed pipes, back-up sump pump, adjustments to our sump pit and vacuum tank and our electrical panel. In all cases we have been very impressed with Cardinal’s communication and the professionalism and knowledge of their service people. They are always prompt and they show when they say they will!!! We highly recommend Cardinal to anyone who needs plumbing or electrical work done properly for a reasonable price!
We found Cardinal to be quite reasonable from a pricing perspective. Their comunication and customer service were top notch. Our electrical technician, Alex, was professional, knowledgable and friendly. We had our kitchen rewired, added new undermount lighting, pot lights added and our panel upgraded to 200 amp. Would highly recommend Cardinal based on our experience.
Cardinal Plumbing Electric & Septic were our first choice for clearing our stubborn kitchen drain block because we’d had them in the past to fix a stove connection-their staff were wonderful- so we knew we would have our plumbing issue resolved.
David, the plumbing technician arrived on time. Yes they let you know when they are arriving! David was informative, knowledgeable, competent, efficient, fast and courteous. The care and attention to detail was as if it were David’s own home.
The issue was successfully resolved and we learnt about preventative plumbing planning to avoid future blockage issues. We will definitely use this company in the future.

I reached out to Cardinal plumbing and electric services for a clogged drainage. They were quick in response and provided an appointment right away to get the clogged toilet work. The technician was highly qualified and skilled and was able to communicate clearly on the issue and provided right recommendations. I would recommend this team for future needs and friends looking for quality service.
David my technician was fantastic. He was honest and personable. Explained things to me and even offered suggestions for later down the road (ie- things to look out for).

Cardinal Plumbing & Heating has been great to work with; the online booking was easy. We were contacted when an earlier appointment became available. Andrew & Dushaun were friendly, professional, very thorough. We will definitely use Cardinal Plumbing & Heating again. Andrew was delightful! He was very thoughtful and methodical, and wonderful with our excitable dog too. 🙂 He went through all the things that we were interested in getting a quote for, and made some good suggestions as well. I really appreciated him informing us about some of the regulations that would help us make good decisions for our plans in the future. He has a great sense of humour and very calm demeanour – we didn’t feel rushed, and he didn’t make us feel silly about any of our questions.
