2 very knowledgeable and helpful guys. Explained everything I needed to know about my main issue while addressing any of my questions and concerns about other issues about my plumbing situation. Polite and efficient service. Gave me clear quotes and worked diligently and clean. Would definitely invite this company back into my home if I ever needed another job done.

Excellent customer service. My first call to them was awesome as the phone was answered by a real person who listened to my issues and promptly scheduled an appointment. Communication from them was regular and we were kept up to time on the technicians arrival.
Lee, the technician, was on time, extremely helpful and diagnosed our issues quickly. Offered us a quote on the spot and completed repairs as quick as my system would allow. Took a little longer than I was hoping for but the delay was not Lees fault. Stubborn pressure tank.

Recently I have hired Cardinal for two electrical and two plumbing needs. Office staff is great to get things set up and keep you updated. All electricians and plumbers have arrived on time, very friendly, efficient and cost effective in work completion. All have been amazing in walking me through all work completed and taking the time needed to answer all of my questions. Awesome service! Called Cardinal in the morning and they had two technicians out within an hour and a half to repair a leaking cracked fitting. Text message updates including a profile of the technician responding along with timely updates. Friendly, fast response, knowledgeable, quality and affordable service. The staff at Cardinal returned my “no water” call within 30 minutes. A service person arrived the next morning to assess the problem. He was thorough in his investigation and provided a number of options and the associated costs. Once our decision was made, the crew arrived the next day and worked diligently until the work was completed. The supervisor then returned the following day to ensure that pressure was being maintained and everything was working as planned. The crew was polite, efficient and clean. The coordination between administration and site staff is exceptional. Well done everyone. Thanks for a job well done.
Andrew has done an amazing job installing a chandelier at our house, thank you. This was a challenging job as the ceiling is 17’ high. The entire team was very cordial and professional. Their price was also very reasonable. I definitely recommend cardinal’s services!

An excellent experience in a very stressful time. From my first interaction on the phone with Jessie to the work completed by Matt and Alex my experience was positive. I felt that they truly felt compassion for me and the situation I found myself in (no water) and were extremely caring and professional as they got me back up and running. Tom and his team did an amazing job disconnecting and removing a gas fireplace for us. They were quick and efficient and helped me understand exactly what was happening and how to patch our hole afterwards.
He also did a plumbing inspection for us.
Both men were very friendly and made it a wonderful experience.
