Had an issue with my water pump and no water coming into the house. Called Cardinal Plumbing and Electric to fix the issue another company could not. Amber, Holly and Matt were FANTASTIC to deal with. Very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. They arrived when they said they would, and the work was done when they said it would be. The situation was assessed and all my options were clearly explained to me. I could not be happier with my overall experience.
Always on time. Always professional. They give a good vibe, (nice guys). I would leave them in my house alone. And have repeatedly. Just good people. Including the office staff, which are always professional and answer right away…I say-safe bet…

Even David came over after his work next door.

Quick efficient and HONEST! Andrew and his helper Hannah were excellent and professional. What I thought was going to be a huge job turned out to be a very small thing. I highly recommend Cardinal!

David was on time, professional, knowledgeable, hardworking and courteous.
He was very straight forward with the job, and we were not billed over the initial estimate. Thanks to his great knowledge and expertise we were able to avoid very costly ceiling repair.
We appreciate the respect to our house in terms of taking the shoes off, cleaning the debris and removing the packing material from the toilet.
I terms of the price, it was on the high side for us. But if everything holds over time, we would say it was well worth it, and we would definitely recommend David himself and the company, and use them again in the future.
I’m a new home owner that used Cardinal to deal with post-inspection electrical and plumbing issues, additional follow-up work to replace the main water and sewage lines, additional minor tasks around the house, and an emergency leak call. The plumbers, electricians, and other technicians and contractors that I’ve interacted with have all been incredibly friendly and professional. Every task was completed within the quoted timeframe and cost, and everything was explained to me in detail before, during, and after the work. The emergency call that I made to handle a leak received a response with an hour of the call (lucky a slot opened up) and was fixed within minutes of arrival. I cannot overstate how pleased I have been with Cardinal over the last month.
Currently a Cardinal Care Member. Contacted Cardinal to investigate an issue with Tankless Water Heater. Cardinal immediately arranged a service call and Thomas arrived on time as scheduled. He was extremely knowledgeable, courteous and professional. Cardinal is my only choice for all my plumbing and electrical service and installation needs. The office staff is also very responsive and they keep their clients posted throughout the service process. Outstanding Company with equally outstanding people!

Highly recommend Cardinal Plumbing! We have had them out for two jobs so far, (one major and one minor), and both times they were extremely professional, knowledgeable, and provided great customer service. I run a home daycare, and they were even kind enough to provide colouring books for my children!
We will definitely continue to use Cardinal for all future plumbing services.
