Matt was very professional and a pleasure to deal with. Being new to the area and unfamiliar with all the septic and well stuff in the basement he was more than willing to answer all of our many questions as well as taking the the time to offer advice and tips. Overall a very pleasant experience resulting from a big problem. We will not hesitate to contact Cardinal again when and if future problems arise.

I needed to have a kitchen light fixture replaced with a nicer one so I called Cardinal. They were able to schedule an appointment for me within a few days, so I didn’t have to wait days or weeks to get the job done. I like the text notifications that they send before the technician arrives. Alex, the tech who came to our home, was very polite, efficient and got the job finished within half an hour. He also checked on a problem (low-pitched hum) in the bathroom, and determined that it was the LED bulbs making that noise, and there was no repair necessary for that.
Cardinal seems to be a professional company, but they also have a personal touch. Alex made time to say hello to and interact with my dogs, which made them very happy. It’s a small thing, but it’s a good feeling. I would not hesitate to call them again for any services that they cover.
Alex was incredibly professional, polite, informative, and attentive to my needs. I’ve never worked with these systems before and I was very fearful for this help in understanding how to keep my water softener operating efficiently. Would recommend Cardinal to anyone that needs it!

Look, let’s be real. No one wants to have to spend anything on plumbing. But somehow Matt and the whole crew at Cardinal turned that around for me. Holy cow. Best experience I’ve ever had. The guys had to dig a HUGE portion of mine and my neighbours driveway up all the way to the rd, like 7-8 feet deep. Plus they had their work cut out for them in both mine and her basements. I don’t know how they did it but they were done in a day. I only showed up around 3 for 10 mins due to working all day and I just knew I was in good hands. This is a rental property so I needed it to go as smooth as possible for my tenants sake – and it did. Thank you so much to everyone who worked on our project and again a huge thanks to Matt who took the time and made sure everything went as planned. Oh. AND to top it off, my invoice was significantly less than the quote. Dare I say I’m looking forward to my next plumbing issue?
This company is “Top Notch”! We had an emergency regarding our water system. This is a farm situation here and all the livestock rely on getting water. They came out immediately, found the problem in 15 minutes and had it fixed. We decided to also go ahead and replace the submersible water pump due to it’s age. They went ahead and did this on the very same day! The crew was knowledgeable, friendly and very pleasant to work with. They got the work done promptly. The office staff, was extremely friendly and helpful! Not only did they arrive when they said they were coming ( on time!). they communicated everything about when they were coming. The day of, and then the exact time. The office staff gets back to you immediately when you need assistance! I am so impressed with the people at Cardinal! Highly recommended!
