I hired Cardinal to install my car charger and I would 100% recommend to anyone needing electrical work done. The office was quick and thorough and Andrew, the electrician was fantastic! He was so friendly, did great work, and even offered to provide a quote for additional work he noticed I needed done.
Absolutely incredible company to use. Quick to answer and find a solution for an frustrating septic issue. From the initial phone call to the two guys coming out, they were professional, knowledgeable, respectful, and definitely more than fair on price. Top notch communication.

I called Cardinal with an urgent request for electrical service today. Amber was able to arrange for Alex and Haley to come this afternoon between 2-5. I was expecting to wait for a while but they were here in no time, fixed up my issue and provided 2 quotes for future work. All of these employees were absolutely lovely to deal with and I appreciate their care and excellent service. Cardinal, you have great people!
Tom and Bill have just finished working on my cottage – they removed the old pex and copper lines from under the cottage and installed a new water piping system inside the cottage – they were nothing short of amazing – they went ‘above and beyond the call of duty’ finishing all that was scheduled on their work plan. They even managed to squeeze an extra unscheduled job in for me by installing water lines, drainage pipes and all hook ups required for a washing machine. They then took the time to label all the new valves and explain what each is for.
When they should have been heading home they found time to take a look at water damage at my house, they gave me the good news that it wasn’t as bad as I thought it was and provided a very fair estimate to do the repair at a later date.
Cardinal are also scheduled to do electrical work for me next week.

The electricians from Cardinal Home Services were excellent—professional, clear in their explanations, and efficient even in tight spaces. In one day, they installed a standby generator, transfer switch, and upgraded our breaker panel, all at the quoted price. They even accommodated a last-minute change to include the panel upgrade. Highly recommend!
Amazing customer service and they are very kind and helpful. They answered all my questions regarding my septic system and they installed a new ejector pump very quickly and efficiently upon calling them for their services. I would highly recommend this company! I am so grateful they installed the ejector pump very quickly, we called and within a day they said they could install everything for us (we had to wait an extra day as I wasnt home to do it the day of when they came to inspect the system but they could fix everything within a day so I highly recommend their services) The prices are reasonable as well. Great company!
Called late in the morning to inquire about updating outlets and potentially fixing a damaged fridge plug. Service was carried out that afternoon! The team was amazing, very efficient, friendly, and incredible workers. Work was completed beyond satisfaction and I am more than happy with the quality of the work. I only needed to make one call and all my issues were solved. Saved me from needing to contact an appliance repair company, saving both time and money. We hired Cardinal Plumbing Electric & Septic to install the rough-in connections (sewer, water, hydro, and internet) for a new Additional Dwelling Unit (ADU) being built in our backyard in Lindsay, ON. This required them to excavate a long trench to the required depth and connect these services downstream of our primary residence. The job was complicated due to a narrow strip of land between our deck and a retaining wall through which the trench had to pass, which made the escalation process very difficult. In addition, the need to excavate in an area of our driveway with all the existing underground service connections going into the primary residence proved challenging as well. The Cardial team used an excavator, where feasible, but also brought in several staffers with shovels and pick axes to dig out those areas deemed high risk by hand. Their entire team was both courteous and professional at every step of the process. In the end, all the work was completed successfully and passed inspection with our local building inspector. I have no reservations about recommending the Cardinal team to anyone else looking for similar services.
