Cardinal came and fixed my drains when my tenant had flushed some non flushable wet wipes. Bill is a bright guy, honest and diligent, he even showed me all the debris he pulled out of my drain. What a relief! He also fixed my rocking toilet while he was here, now I don’t feel like I’m on a see saw when I do my business. Thanks Bill, Holly, and Cardinal!

Amber in the office is so friendly and courteous and efficient, reminding me of appointment time, and answering questions I had.

I had to replace the main pipe coming into my new house to meet the insurance company standard.
So I reached to Cardinal and I told them that this is urgent. They were so punctual and fast in their communication, and their professionals are so polite and friendly.
They sent their expert the next day to inspect and give an estimate, they sent an urgent request for survey, and they scheduled the first day of the next week to do the job.
The job was completed in just a few hours, the work was done very professionally, besides, no damage or mess inside at all.
I am so happy with their service and glad that I called them.
I love Cardinal Plumbing. I have used them over the years for a variety of issues and they always deliver quality work. They are extremely accommodating regarding scheduling and I love their notifications as to whose is coming (with a photo attached) and what time. That in itself is a wonderful thing. We were very satisfied and impressed right from the call for help and the prompt reply from the Cardinal office. The service man Nick, called before he came, was very friendly, he explained everything he needed to do and the cost of everything. The work was done quietly and Nick made sure the site was cleared of debris and disinfected before he departed. We did take advantage of the opportunity to have a 10% discount on future work. Outstanding quality of work and quality staff! Right from the start, the communication was above and beyond. Their response time was incredible. I received a bio of who was going to come to my house with a picture of that person. Matt took a lot of time with me to determine what my house needed. He explained everything extremely well. There was no pressure, just recommendations. He provided me with separate quote for each job. Without question he helped me with a clogged drain that happened on the day that he was coming out to give me a quote. I proceeded with the one job that was a priority for me. Not once did they complain about climbing under the house in our crawlspace. They coordinated with City of Kawartha Lakes to repair a small leak and completed all of the other items that I had asked them to do very quickly and with incredible knowledge. This was one of the best experiences that I have had with service staff coming to my home and with the supportive staff in their office – both were amazing! I was very satisfied with not only the process of booking but also the gentleman that came to fix my problem. The main office sends you a message when they are in route so you’re not wasting your day waiting. When David arrived he was clean, presentable and very professional. He explained all the different options and the cost associated w each. I never felt pressured to over spend and he took the time to explain why and what the problem was.
