We needed to replace our 26 year old water tank. Cardinal was able to fit us in on the same day they did the quote. Tom and Nick are friendly and professional and helped me make my decision with their honest answers.

Our technician, Matt was fantastic. He took the time to answer all of our questions and made sure we understood the system we had him install. He was early for the appointment and got everything installed same day. We are thrilled particularly since we are in the middle of an ice storm. New sump pump with battery backup. We will definitely be using cardinal plumbing again !
We had a plumber in from another company who didn’t resolve the issue. Matt solved the problem. He was easy to talk to, explained everything well, and most importantly, he was successful in solving a very long standing problem in the sewer pipe from the main bathroom. Worksite was left clean and tidy and disinfected. 10 stars!
During the horrific ice storm April 2025, I was informed by Hydro One that I needed my mast to be installed by an electrician. I called Cardinal and within two hours, a very polite electrician was on scene fixing it. I was followed up by the most helpful, kind office representive ( Amber) not just once but several times. I highly recommend Cardinal Electric and will not hesitate to use their services again…( fingers crossed, no more storms for a long time!!)
