Responded quickly (like, within the hour) to my call for an urgent issue with our main drain. The guys talked me through potential causes of the issue, what steps they recommended taking to patch up the immediate problem today (which they did very quickly) and what they recommended to get to the root cause of the issue so it doesn’t continue to reoccur. Very happy with the communication and quality of the work.

Cardinal Plumbing has been to our place a few times. They are excellent! They came to give a quote on dishwasher installation and installed same day. I also booked the appointment by text message, which was so much easier when your kids are loud in the background.
Great service! Got a call from Holly saying that the crew could arrive well ahead of the scheduled appointment if we were available. They showed up shortly after and assessed the problem. Quoted on the job and proceeded to completely resolve the issue in about an hour and a half. Lee really knows his stuff and gave me advice on how to avoid the problem in the future. I highly recommend this company.
