Cardinal Plumbing has been to our place a few times. They are excellent! They came to give a quote on dishwasher installation and installed same day. I also booked the appointment by text message, which was so much easier when your kids are loud in the background.
Great service! Got a call from Holly saying that the crew could arrive well ahead of the scheduled appointment if we were available. They showed up shortly after and assessed the problem. Quoted on the job and proceeded to completely resolve the issue in about an hour and a half. Lee really knows his stuff and gave me advice on how to avoid the problem in the future. I highly recommend this company.

We have had wonderful service from Cardinal both plumbing and electrical. It has been a couple years ago that they did the work and everything still works perfectly. They did it right the first time.
My mother’s hot water tank stopped working and since she was 103 – she didn’t like cold showers, etc. The folks at Cardinal showed sympathy to her situation and went out of their way and replaced the hot water tank very promptly! Plumber, Jayden was very nice to my mother while there and helpful. He also removed the old tank from the basement which was no small feat.
The electricians Andrew and Dave put a new breaker panel in the manner they said they would. They were pleasant as well.
Work was completed in the timeframe they said it would take and at the quoted price.
The Cardinal team are professional, and pleasant to have in one’s home.

Cardinal Home Services did a great job descaling our cast iron sewer pipe. Alex and his helper were polite, communicated what they were doing very well and showed us the camera footage as they worked and after the job was done. They worked quickly, cleaned up the site well and left us with a confident feeling that the job had been done well. Thank you gentlemen.
We’ve relied on Cardinal before to install new toilets and help us with issues, but this is the first time we’ve had a problem we didn’t even know how to address – I was heading into the laundry room last night and my socked foot landed in a random puddle of water on the basement floor – eek! I contacted Cardinal and they had two guys out here first thing in the morning, who quickly diagnosed the problem (stack leak) and outlined the options and cost estimates. I am so grateful that they always respond so helpfully – with Holly the Helpful sending texts and emails at every step to make sure we are okay and know when repair crews are arriving. So human!
