We’ve relied on Cardinal before to install new toilets and help us with issues, but this is the first time we’ve had a problem we didn’t even know how to address – I was heading into the laundry room last night and my socked foot landed in a random puddle of water on the basement floor – eek! I contacted Cardinal and they had two guys out here first thing in the morning, who quickly diagnosed the problem (stack leak) and outlined the options and cost estimates. I am so grateful that they always respond so helpfully – with Holly the Helpful sending texts and emails at every step to make sure we are okay and know when repair crews are arriving. So human! Great customer service and extremely quick! The technician was able to fit in a visit same day. The woman who picked up the phone, Amber, was very friendly and was able to get me set up very quickly. Excellent customer service. My first call to them was awesome as the phone was answered by a real person who listened to my issues and promptly scheduled an appointment. Communication from them was regular and we were kept up to time on the technicians arrival.
Lee, the technician, was on time, extremely helpful and diagnosed our issues quickly. Offered us a quote on the spot and completed repairs as quick as my system would allow. Took a little longer than I was hoping for but the delay was not Lees fault. Stubborn pressure tank.

Recently I have hired Cardinal for two electrical and two plumbing needs. Office staff is great to get things set up and keep you updated. All electricians and plumbers have arrived on time, very friendly, efficient and cost effective in work completion. All have been amazing in walking me through all work completed and taking the time needed to answer all of my questions.
