An excellent experience in a very stressful time. From my first interaction on the phone with Jessie to the work completed by Matt and Alex my experience was positive. I felt that they truly felt compassion for me and the situation I found myself in (no water) and were extremely caring and professional as they got me back up and running. Tom and his team did an amazing job disconnecting and removing a gas fireplace for us. They were quick and efficient and helped me understand exactly what was happening and how to patch our hole afterwards.
He also did a plumbing inspection for us.
Both men were very friendly and made it a wonderful experience.
I love the added text feature to let you know who’s coming when and with an attached picture! As a woman it made me feel way more comfortable knowing who was coming to my door.
I recently hired Cardinal Plumbing Electric & Septic to install a pump at my cottage for using lake water in my garden’s sprinkler system, and they also set up a shower beside my boathouse. Cardinal just spent two days at my home installing a submersible well pump and new line to the house plus water softener and hot water tank. Their office and technicians communication to me was clear and punctual. The quote I received was lower than other companies I had investigated. Satisfied with everything. Seemed a bit pricey but then again, I did not get quotes from anyone else so that’s on me. Also, I’m sure a really good plumber isn’t cheap these days to begin with.
Overall very satisfied with the quality of work they did.
I especially liked the fact that they sent me a text message with a picture of who was coming to my house. As a woman home alone, I very much appreciated that added level of detail which made me feel safe when I opened the door. Well done Cardinal!!

Our hot water tank finally gave out. I called Cardinal Plumbing and they responded right away with a service call. Their plumber/gas technician Tom was at our house within an hour. After assessing our situation he gave us options on how to proceed. Tom was very knowledgeable and explained the pro and cons of staying gas or going electric. Needless to say we are having Cardinal do our replacement. I highly recommend Cardinal and will certainly use them again in the future for any other needs.
