I give a 5 star rating for the customer service and the professional repairs done that were needed for our water system! Not only we’re they friendly, they replied to my request for service immediately and without delay. My system has had some repairs and I will have them do the further updating of the system that’s required. I had great communication with them, and Lee who came to our cottage, was friendly and efficient, and gave me a full report to help us understand what was done and what will be needed to do going forward! I also really appreciated being sent a photo before hand so i knew who would be coming to the door!

The service was as quick as I could have hoped. I got a call minutes after sending an email contact. Got an appointment for the next day; they showed up early, gave me a quote for the work I was having done and some future projects as well. The work was done right away. I am very happy with the service.

As a Cottage owner it’s always been a challenge to find good contractors or trades up north. I called three plumbers in the Coboconk area when our septic pump gave up. Only one responded and they did quickly, professionally and even came when they usually don’t work the day I needed them.
I define recommend Cardinal and will use them again when needed! Fabulous, professional and friendly.

Excellent company to deal with. We had risers put on our septic tank by Cardinal and they are a great company to work with. Pricing was competitive and they were able schedule the work quickly and work with me remotely, sending pics of the finished work. Will definitely be using them for future plumbing, electrical and septic work and maintenance.

I would definitely recommend Cardinal to anyone, their service was amazing and staff is a breath of fresh air to deal with from the moment of my first phone call to the plumber coming out and the job being done. Lee was amazing in taking the time to explain everything and let us know what was necessary to fix our problem. Showing us what the issue was and how to do things going forward. He was never annoyed with any questions we had and was always happy to answer and help. Thank you Lee and Cardinal for your amazing staff
I had a very good experience with Cardinal. They were all so friendly, professional, and very responsive. I had an electrician at my home within 15 minutes of calling.
The electrician, Andrew, was very professional, and his service was top-notch. He went above and beyond by testing other things and making recommendations.
I will definitely be referring Cardinal, and should I have another issue, I will be calling them.
